Currently I am waiting for the realese of harry potter and can't leave the bookstore or I won't be able to get back in I promise not to blow the story line but I will tell you if it is good or not I will post later on once I get home
First of all I want to say a huge thank you to everyone who has taken the time to post a comment and wish me well, and/or congratulations. The response has been amazing for me and has given just that much more motivation to do this. I am proud to report that I have begun my workout and I am actually having a great time doing it. I guess it is because I get to play with electronics. I will keep everyone up to date whem accomplishments get met, until then...back to the gym.
I am typing today to announce a goal one that I have not publicly admitted to except to close friends,many years ago I used to weigh close to 400lbs, so I had begun to set short term goals in attempts to lose the weight. I have done so by changing my diet so far and just little activity due to health concerns. My goal has always been to get under 250lbs in order to be able to safely start a work out program at a local gym. On Monday I am proud to announce I have reached the goal weight of 248 in order to begin working out, and I start my first night of working out on Monday, and I can't wait. I have been trying for many years for just this goal and my final goal weight is to be 190lbs, for my body style and height that should be healthy with the muscle toning that I will be doing. Wish me luck and when I begin to get close to the weight I promise to post pictures of then and now :-).
