Yesterday I went to Disney to celebrate my birthday. I will say I had a great time got to buy some things haunted mansion related like a new snow globe featuring my favoriate character goofy, as soon as I get some pictures I will post them here. I also went to a preivew of the new ride Stitch's great escape. I miss alien encounter because it was scary this one is more cutesy and attracts kids specifically, I won't say it was bad I will say it is more cute and something to see and experience.
Guess what comes out on DVD today...that's right one of my favoriate movies...Shrek 2. Must go shopping after going to Disneyworld. I can't wait to see the alternate ending.
Well the votes are in and the president stays put. I am okay and happy with that result, however I do feel that this election shows us why the electoral college needs to be either abolished or completely overhauled. When there is such a huge division in the popular vote but the electoral votes are so close dosen't that say something, that our votes though important only help our canadate when our state. Here in florida that matters we have enough electoral votes to make a difference but in a state like Alaska where it is only three what incentive does that give people to go our at vote. I don't know I will say that I am sick of close elections I wish that we could find away to make our voting just a little better.
I voted today, I don't know if I did the right thing but in my mind I voted for the lesser of the two evils. I know that my little vote does not count for a huge amount, but in these days and times I just wish that we could put the party lines aside and realize that we need to make our country better, not only for ourselves but for the youth of our great nation. I sometimes think that the canidates have forgotten what being an American is all about, why we fought so hard for our independence and why our forefathers wrote the consititution the way they did. I know in the consititution it gives us the right to change our government what I don't understand is why don't more Americans fight for that. I hope that in our future as a country we would grow up a little more and understand that although we have different view points the goals should be the same.
I know that in my previous posts I have stated that I would never vote for Kerry due to the way his wife's staff treated my on a phone call to my company. I now am having second thoughts. I wonder election eve which of these two men would be the lesser of two evils. Personally I don't like either one, and there is not a strong enough independent canidate that I would vote for. So which to choose. I am supposed to vote in about 8 hours and know that I need to make a well informed educated decision, and I wonder if any other people feel as I do. In some ways I wish that this was a clear cut election, but it is not, I agree with some views of each one of the parties. I have been using blogexplosion to surf some sites and have been taking time to read some of the viewpoints of other bloggers and have found them quite interesting, however it is still hard to make the decision. I don't want people to comment on who I should vote for...but I would like to hear if others feel this way and what they are using to base their final decisions on.

Sometimes it is good to start trouble with a friend.
Well it looks like I have joined the world of being able to invite people to gmail. Leave a comment if you would like an invite.

Welcome to my blog, and a happy halloween to all.
