Little Changes
Yesterday I did something I havn't done in many yesrs. I went to Church. Now I am not a hugely religous person, if I was than this site would not be abuot a scorpio. However I do believe in God. I went to a Church with some friends and it was nothing like the traditional churches I had been to. There was a rock and roll band and a very young congregation average age about 35-40, and during the "sermon" it was almost just as if everyone was sitting around a table and talking. I had such a great experience, so I think I will continue to go and see what happens from there. It was great just to be around people my own age fo a little while, outside of work.

That sounds like a cool church. Thats odd because both my adult kids are considering going to a church tomorrow on their own, but i told them they may like the 6pm service as it has a band.

After having gone to a contemporary (i.e. w/ band and minimal ritual) service for the past 10 years (we also do summer worship outside on the church lawn). I find it very hard to go back to a "regular" service.
Congrats and I hope you keep going.
